Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Wayne Gould, 23, of Kingman Oct. 6 for felony theft, trafficking stolen property and fraudulent schemes/artifices. At approximately 10:37 a.m., deputies responded to a theft report at a residence in the 4400 block of Baker Drive. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the 47-year-old male victim. The victim said that he noticed the tools and items missing. The victim reported finding two pawn slips inside his residence showing Gould, his son-in-law, pawned several tools belonging to him. Deputies responded to the business located in the 1800 block of Northern Avenue. An investigation determined that Gould pawned all of the reported stolen items on six different trips to the business within a two-week period. At about 4:52 p.m., deputies contacted Gould in the 4400 block of Baker Drive and took him into custody without incident. During conversations with Gould, he admitted to taking several tools from his father-in-laws garage and pawning them. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeffrey Dale Dossett, 51, of Golden Valley Sept. 27 on a fugitive from justice parole violation felony warrant issued out of California Department of Corrections on Oct. 28, 2009, along with a dangerous drug violation felony warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court on Aug. 5, 2009, and a suspended driver's license. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Andy Devine Avenue around 2:47 p.m. and contacted Dossett, the driver. A records check showed Dossett to have a suspended driver's license and two outstanding warrants. Dossett was arrested without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Kingman Police arrested Kimberly Ann Pankratz, 27, of Kingman Oct. 2 on a felony warrant for a probation violation out of Mohave County. Pankraft was also arrested for misdemeanor shoplifting and providing false information to police. Pankraft was contacted after being detained for shoplifting at a store in the 3400 block of Stockton Hill Road. She allegedly attempted to provide police with a false name in order to avoid detection of the felony warrant. A male companion was also arrested for misdemeanor shoplifting and released at the scene. Pankraft was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
