Obituary: Ann Blair

Ann Blair passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 in Kingman.
Ann was born in Ironton, Ohio, where she went to high school and grad school. She worked at Douglas Aircraft Company in Santa Monica, Calif., making DC4 aircrafts during World War II. Ann also worked at Tempo Press Printers in Los Angeles for 28 years.
Ann moved to Kingman from Banning, Calif. Ann lived in Kingman for 11 years. Ann has two daughters, Barbara Blair of Davis, Calif. and Kathy Cote of Bountiful, Utah, and one son Mark Blair of Kingman, Arizona. Ann has six grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
Ann was the eldest daughter of nine children from her parents Morticue and Lucille Brown of Hanging Rock, Ohio. Ann came to faith in Jesus Christ at age eight.
Ann attended College Park Baptist Church in Kingman. She knew Henry Ford Sr. as a child; he would buy soda pop and ice cream for all the local children.
Ann was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her, and would help all who asked.
Her cooking was the best; you could not be on a diet around her cooking for long. She loved all of us for most of her 95 years.
Ann will be buried at 11 a.m. on Nov. 16, at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside, Calif.
