KINGMAN - The Mohave County Grand Jury wasted no time indicting a Kingman couple allegedly caught burglarizing a home last Wednesday.

Susan Marie Sessoyeff, 44, and 30-year-old Russell Lee Cruz were indicted on a count of second-degree burglary on Thursday, one day after Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested them at a home in the 2600 block of Snavely Avenue.

Cruz was also indicted on one count of possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

They will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail. Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

The grand jury also indicted (all arraignments will be Friday at the jail unless otherwise noted):

• Gary Lee Nelson: Sexual abuse with a minor under 15 years of age.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Eduardo Juarez: Sexual conduct with a minor under 12 years of age.

Judge Derek Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Christopher J. Abarca: Theft of means of transportation and theft of a credit card.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 3.

• Mary Inez Ruth: Aggravated assault, first-degree criminal trespass and misdemeanor counts of assault, disorderly conduct and threatening or intimidating.

Williams will arraign her at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

• Jared Walker Perea: Six counts of theft of a credit card and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Robert Duwayne Campo: Fraudulent schemes and artifices, two counts of forgery and one count of taking the identity of another, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of narcotics.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Cynthia Sue Wood and Ira Logan Dakota Fossum: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and driving on a suspended, revoked or canceled driver's license (misdemeanor).

Conn was assigned the cases.

• Paulette Marie Moran: First-degree hindering prosecution.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Jeffrey Lee Brown: Child abuse by domestic violence.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Ray Charles Ortiz: Third-degree escape.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Paul Jack Fadely: Possession of narcotics for sale, transportation of narcotics for sale, sale of narcotics, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of misconduct involving weapons.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Ivan Eduardo Flores (indicted in two separate cases): Four counts of sexual assault of a minor under 15 years of age. Second case: four counts of sexual assault of a minor under 12 years of age and one count of kidnapping a minor under 15 years of age.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Michael Joseph Morreale: First-degree burglary, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.

Williams will arraign him at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

• Clinton Robert Bentsen: Disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 3.
