The Mohave County Library-Kingman Branch reopened its doors Tuesday morning to a steady stream of people.

The library was damaged during a recent accident involving an indoor sprinkler main and closed for a month for repairs and renovation.

The inside of the library, as seen above, is now more open, with more reading areas, more computer space and a small vending machine café scheduled to open soon. There is also a new Early Literacy room for children and a refurbished youth reading area and puppet show theater.

I love how open it is. It is very inviting. But I feel it is not arranged for the Employee's Safety. If the Checkout was returned to the location it was at prior. It would correct that problem and would still flow well.

So...some water damage and now the whole place is remodeled, and "is now more open, with more reading areas, more computer space and a small vending machine café scheduled to open soon. " I wish my water pipes had burst!
