“A.N. thank you for the applause but you really didn't have to.”

Au contraire. Such a masterful piece of sarcasm had to be recognized and I was more than pleased to point it out. Again – excellent post! “Doing a good job” is still the funniest thing seen here in weeks.

Won't answer any questions? Then why should the people of Kingman even show up....just to hear her voice? Really, at least let us write them down before she comes so somebody can have the answer for her.....just a thought.

I telephoned the Chamber of Commerce and briefly considered attending. But with no question-and-answer period, what's the point? Every person who shows up for this is basically communicating that they can be treated like children. I was going to compare it to going to church - where one person does all the talking - but I'd like to believe that the governor has at least some understanding about what's actually going on all around us.

Fox hound
I doubt if anything the governor has done about marijuana has slowed the local pot heads down
with their puffing away...for medical reasons of course....check the spelling!
Why don't you email or call the Governor and ask her yourself as she is pretty good about getting back to people, in spite of your left wing spin.
As for wagging her finger in your hero's face, she should have done way more than that but that is just me!
A.N. thank you for the applause but you really didn't have to.

It might be nice to sit down with the Governor over tea, and discuss a few things. There was a time - all right, in another country of our history - when that's how things were often done.

Why would she be afraid of questions? We have seen when the puppet goes off script. Pretty embarrassing that she needs this much handling. Maybe we can question the scorpions.

I have a question. Why No questions! Just listen! Great, that's what we need another diatribe from another politician. Forget about the constituents, they ask difficult questions and have suggestions.

My ex-senator Son-in-law introduced the Governor to me one time and she is a very nice, down to earth person.
In spite of what some of the people will have to say that do not know her, I had to add my two cents.
She has one goal and that is to help and defend the people of Arizona and she is doing a good job in my opinion. The naysayers be damned.

Questions, I don't have to answer no stink'en questions. I'm the governer darn it. Why would I want to talk to the little people. They might ask me something that would not be easy to answer. Like why you think its such a good idea to sell off the states assets to your cronies and call it cost savings. Or why she feels it necessary to wag her finger in the Presidents face. Or why she still has not set up a voter approved medical Marajuna dispensary program two years after the law was voted in by the majority of the Arizona public. Why would anybody want to ask her a question. You know the answer will probably be a lie so why bother.
