KINGMAN - Two people had left the scene before police arrived after an employee at a fast food restaurant refused a driv-through order for some fast cash Friday.
Kingman Police are looking for a blonde woman in her late teens driving a charcoal gray 1990s model Oldsmobile with a spoiler or fin and her male passenger. The man is described as having dark hair and wearing a black bandana and dark shirt. The woman has curly hair that is swept up into a bun and was wearing a blue and green sweater. The vehicle was last seen driving north on Townsend Avenue.
Officers aren't sure if the incident was an attempted robbery with a hostage situation or a prank.
According to KPD, the woman drove up to the drive-thru window at a fast food restaurant in the 3300 block of East Andy Devine Avenue and handed an employee a note. The restaurant employee told police that it looked like the man in the passenger seat had a gun. The note demanded money or the driver would be harmed.
The car fled the scene without any money before police arrived.
