KINGMAN - The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted a pair of alleged Lake Havasu City drug dealers and 16 other people Thursday.

Dale Scott Clement, 55 and Ralph Tyler Sizemore, 35, were indicted on eight counts apiece following two separate investigations.

Clement was arrested Jan. 14 after a three-month investigation involving Lake Havasu City police, detectives with the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team, a Bullhead City Police K9 unit and prosecutors from Mohave County and Lake Havasu City.

According to Lake Havasu City police officials, Clement sold methamphetamine in "controlled buys" and was arrested after participating in such a buy at a residence in the 3400 block of Maricopa Avenue.

Police served three search warrants right after Clement was taken into custody. One warrant was for his home in the 3500 block of Lost Dutchman Drive and the other two were at storage units Clement reportedly rented on Sweetwater Avenue.

Detectives seized roughly 11 ounces of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $30,000, two vehicles, a boat, electronics and two firearms.

Clement was indicted on four counts of sale of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and misconduct involving weapons. His arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail. Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case. Clement is being held without bond because he was out on bail on a separate drug offense.

Another multi-agency investigation resulted in an arrest Jan. 14 when Lake Havasu City resident Ralph Tyler "Radar" Sizemore, 34, was taken into custody on drug and theft charges.

Detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department's Special Investigations Bureau, with the assistance of other Lake Havasu officers, detectives with MAGNET, and SWAT served a search warrant in the 4000 block of Blue Canyon Road.

They allegedly recovered three grams of heroin and nine grams of methamphetamine.

A firearm also was found, as were a KX250 motorcycle and Yamaha Rhino that were reportedly stolen from two residences in Lake Havasu City.

Also arrested were Jeremy Gault, 43, and 22-year-old Kali Marshall, both of Lake Havasu City, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sizemore was indicted on possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of narcotics for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of theft of means of transportation, misconduct involving weapons, and forgery.

Police said he resisted arrest, but he was apparently not charged for that offense.

His arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail. Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

All arraignments will occur at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail under newly appointed Commissioner Kenneth Gregory unless otherwise noted.
