KINGMAN - The Mohave County Grand Jury on Thursday indicted three people who were arrested April 4 on charges that included possession of heroin.

A drug investigation led law enforcement officers from multiple agencies to serve a search warrant at a home in the 3400 block of North Diamond Street. The search allegedly yielded 6.5 grams of heroin, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three juveniles who live in the home were released to the care of a relative.

Michael Ray Pearson, 46, Dale Brett McCord, 56, and 28-year-old Lisa Juanell Jenkins were indicted on felony counts of possession of narcotics for sale, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of child abuse.

Judge Kenneth Gregory will arraign McCord at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail. Judge Rick Williams, who was assigned the three cases, will arraign Jenkins and Pearson at 8:30 a.m. April 25.

Gregory will arraign defendants at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Mohave County jail unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

•Daniel Edward Leal: Third-degree burglary.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Veronica Librada Amador: Fraudulent schemes and artifices and theft.

Judge Derek Carlisle will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Christopher J. Knight: Two counts of aggravated domestic violence.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Michael Bret Old: Two counts of aggravated domestic violence.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Shaun Christopher Freitas: Sexual conduct with a minor under 15 years of age and first-degree failure to appear.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 21.

Joseph Daven Pope and Christian Rey Rodriguez: Sale of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was assigned the cases.

• David Allen Davis: Aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Williams will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 25.

• Nikolas George Deweese: Aggravated DUI and aggravated DUI while presence of drug in system.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 21.

• John Raymond Murphy: Unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Jordan Allen Parker: Two counts of criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

Conn was assigned the case.

• James William Curran, Ashley Nicole Leonard, Thomas Lance Stern and Shaun Christopher Anderton: Third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle was assigned the cases.

• Daniel James Burke: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Conn will arraign him at 11 a.m. today.

• Juan Antonio M. Aguilero and Jose Luis Lozano: Transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), possession of drug paraphernalia and forgery.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Thomas J. Greene: Second-degree trafficking in stolen property, two counts of theft of means of transportation, third-degree burglary, theft, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Scott Alan Turner: Three counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence (class 5 felony) and five counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence (class 6 felony).

Williams was assigned the case.

• David Aaron Brickey: Two counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 12 years of age by domestic violence and child molestation by domestic violence.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Diego Armondo Salazar: Transportation of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Francisco Javier Monteverde-Rodriguez: Transportation of narcotics for sale, possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Ricky Eugene Gordon: Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. April 21.

• Richard Andrew Gonzalez: Theft.

Williams was assigned the case.
