KINGMAN - A Kingman man arrested May 31 for allegedly smashing into a vehicle at a Stockton Hill Road fast food restaurant while extremely drunk was indicted by the Mohave County Grand Jury.

Joseph Eugene Rasmussen, 34, was arrested after leaving the drive-thru of another restaurant on Beverly Avenue a few moments later.

He allegedly registered a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.248. Kingman Police said Rasmussen resisted arrest.

The grand jury indicted him on two felony counts of aggravated DUI, including extreme DUI; aggravated assault; criminal damage; and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

Commissioner Kenneth Gregory will arraign him at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail. Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

All arraignments will occur at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Bryan James Long: Second-degree burglary, robbery, misconduct involving weapons and theft.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Patrick Scott Lindsay, Terry N. Robinson, Paige Marie Ellingson and Elizabeth Jane Haney: Second-degree burglary and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Judge Derek Carlisle was assigned the cases.

• Drew Carter Shane Jr.: Second-degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Mauricio Diaz Gonzalez: Three felony counts of aggravated DUI, including extreme DUI and failure to remain at accident, a misdemeanor.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Peter Richard Capan: Theft of means of transportation and nine counts of theft of a master key.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Michael Keith Snyder: Three felony counts of aggravated DUI, including extreme DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• David Anthony Maron: Leaving the scene of an accident involving injury or death.

Williams will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

• Devin Jason Higdon: Possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled driver's license, a misdemeanor.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Edward James Corbin Sr.: Transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, methamphetamine, possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Conn was assigned the case.

• Matthew Eric Kurtz: Three counts of third-degree burglary and theft.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Anthony Mark Rodriguez: Two counts of aggravated DUI, including extreme DUI.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Ryan Cole Allen: Three counts of aggravated DUI, including extreme DUI.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Ryan Vincent Sherrard: Aggravated harassment by domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Eldon D. Jacques: Three counts of sexual conduct with a minor 15 years of age or more, furnishing obscene or harmful items to a minor and commercial exploitation of a minor.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Joshua Clyde Jenkins: Two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements and false reporting to law enforcement officer, a misdemeanor.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Fred Timothy King: Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Justin Lloyd Pope: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine). Carlisle was assigned the case.

Williams was assigned the case

• Savannah Faith Thorn and Daniel Stephen Allard: Trafficking in stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle was assigned the cases.
