KINGMAN - The Golden Valley man who was arrested July 12 for allegedly pulling a gun on a woman who told him to leave her home was indicted on assault and other charges last Thursday when the Mohave County Grand Jury convened.

Patrick Wayne Manges, 47, was taken into custody after a 25-year-old woman told Mohave County Sheriff's deputies that he grabbed her by the neck, held a gun to her face and threatened to shoot her.

Deputies allegedly found Manges was in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe during a search.

The grand jury returned a count of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct involving a weapon, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Judge Ken Gregory will arraign him at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Mohave County jail. Judge Derek Carlisle was assigned the case.

Mohave County indictments

Arraignments will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Kevin Lavelle Riggs: Child abuse by domestic violence and aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Delier Arthur Fortin: Aggravated DUI while presence of drug in system, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

• Samuel F. Blackwell: Five counts of first-degree burglary and five counts of first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• James Dean Butler: Kidnapping by domestic violence, aggravated assault by domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment by domestic violence.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Anthony Troy Esposito: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Ryan Rae Bondi: Theft and third-degree burglary.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Tyler Jacob Graae: Robbery and theft of means of transportation.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 25.

• Chevonne Marie Cole: Third-offense shoplifting, shoplifting using an artifice, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Jason Reyes Stanford and Alexandria Dominique Bruno: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics, and misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended driver's license and false reporting to law enforcement.

Carlisle was assigned the cases.

• Casey Austin Harrod: Aggravated assault by domestic violence, class 4 felony; and aggravated assault by domestic violence class 6 felony.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Dauine James Hanson: Arson of an occupied structure, resisting arrest, six counts of aggravated assault and two counts of endangerment by domestic violence.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

•Ryan Atley Pagett and Leah Warren Margiotta: Possession of narcotics for sale, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and child abuse by domestic violence.

Conn was assigned the cases.

• Jeremy Allen Bridges: Possession of narcotics for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Daniel John Vacura: Possession of narcotics for sale, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Williams arraigned him at 10 a.m. Monday.

• Michael William Ruane and Stephen Anthony Labs: Two counts of kidnapping, armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault and misconduct involving weapons.

Conn was assigned the cases.

• Clifford Frederick Gant: Theft of means of transportation.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Randy Jay Coffelt: Second-degree burglary.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Chad Raymond Cowan: Third-degree burglary.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Frank Joseph Gandara Jr. and Jeremy Manuel Espinoza: Participating in a criminal street gang, assisting a criminal street gang, riot, aggravated assault, class 4 felony; aggravated assault, class 6 felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• William Arthur Crawford and Susan Louise Williams: Sale of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Conn was assigned the cases.

• Justin Michael K. Boehm: Possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and misdemeanor shoplifting.

Carlisle will arraign him at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 28.

• Troy Lee Wells: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Wilson Harvard Brooks: Aggravated harassment by domestic violence.

Williams will arraign him at 3 p.m. today.

• Richard David Gutierrez: Aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

Conn was assigned the case.
