KINGMAN - The identities of seven people killed in the Friday rollover accident of a tour bus on U.S. Highway 93 were released by the Arizona Department of Transportation on Wednesday. The following names were released:

• Meng Qui Sun, female, 19, China, deceased, University Medical Center Las Vegas, Nev.

• Yu Ching Chung, female, 15, China, deceased on scene.

• Guo Ying Zhu, female, 45, China, deceased on scene.

• Yong Shun Zhu, male, 39, China, deceased on scene.

• Zhen Quan Sheng, male, 56, China, deceased on scene.

• Xia Zhen Ge, female, 44, China, deceased on scene.

• Tour Guide: Wen Ting Chen, male, 45, China, deceased on scene.

The National Transportation Safety Board along with DPS' Vehicle Crime Unit are investigating the crash, which took place at milepost 28 near Dolan Springs. Investigators believe the driver of the bus, Han Dong, 48, of Rosemead, Calif., may have been distracted when he lost control of the bus.

According to DPS, the bus was traveling northbound Friday afternoon when it traveled off the edge of the roadway, Dong overcorrected causing the bus to cross the northbound travel lanes and then off the roadway and onto the dirt shoulder. He then overcorrected again and the bus traveled back across the northbound lanes into the center median and then onto the southbound lanes, where it rolled over once and came to a rest.

According to DPS, investigators do not believe Dong was impaired at the time of the accident. They also do not suspect any criminal involvement in the case and supposedly interviewed Dong in the hospital Tuesday evening. The case is under investigation and DPS does not expect any more updates until next week.
