Wedding: Penny Francis & Bill Dickinson

Penny Francis and Bill Dickinson were married Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Metcalfe Park.

Judge John Taylor officiated the ceremony. Family friend Tom Young escorted Penny down the aisle. The maid of honor was Lynda Young, also a family friend. Best man was Jim Dickinson, Bill's brother from Colorado.

The mother of the bride, Patricia Humphrey, is from Mesa; the mother of the groom, Marion Dickinson, is from Wyoming.

Also attending were Bill's brothers, Tom, Casey and Albert, also from Wyoming.

Penny's aunt and uncle, Douglas and Loraine Williams, her uncle, Doyle Fullerton, Bill's son, Scott Dickinson Jr. and many other friends and neighbors helped them celebrate this long-awaited union.

Penny and Bill were eighth-grade sweethearts and just recently got back together after 35 years of being apart.

A beautiful reception was held at the home of Todd and Jennifer Dickinson, Bill's son and daughter-in-law. The couple surprised Marion with a mini family reunion.

Bill's aunt Janice and husband Tim have not seen Marion in over 30 years. It's been 20 years since all five Dickinson brothers have been together.

The couple resides in Kingman.
