Father, I know that for eternity, I will always love and miss you I 'll miss your laughter, and I'll miss your company!! As I am sitting here writing all of this down, my eyes are welling and overflowing with tears. I still cannot believe that you are gone... The other day, a really funny and stupid thing happened to someone we know. Naturally, the first person I thought of telling was you, because I knew it was something that we would have totally made fun of and we would have laughed together about it for a week! And then all of a sudden this emptiness hit my heart like a ton of concrete... and reality started to sink in... that you are gone and I can't talk to you anymore... Your time here on earth was too short, but you always told me it would be that way... so I guess in some ways that has made it easier. I always knew to never take our relationship for granted, and that I should love you unconditionally, as you did me. Love you daddy.
