I have known Hank Nolte since 2005. He was the first dealer in Arizona that I ever did business with, when I was with Level 10 Marketing. One thing he always told me: “Robert, whatever you have thought of, I have already thought of it. I will always be one step ahead of you”. In this respect, he has proven this to be the case. Whether it was about pricing, team leaders, mailer proofing, or just decisions to be made on specific dates due to holidays, etc, he has always been a step ahead of me. And now, here we are celebrating Hank’s life. He is in the Great Beyond, in better shape than all of us, because we are all trying to get to where he is. So, I would say to you, Hank, brother: Once again, you are still one step ahead of me. God bless you.

My condolences to the Nolte family. Hank was that true one in a million person that you meet in your life and I'll always cherish our friendship. Hank had a way with words that always made you feel that everything would be fine. I'll never forget the day we met and the life lessons he demonstrated. I'll miss ya Stick.
"Kannals" (that's what Hank always called me)

Hank is going to be missed, he was a good friend to many, he will be missed from my heart. My son Jimmie always liked Hank's taste in cars, cause Jimmie and Hank always like the Corvettes and Camaros..fast and fun. One of the things I will miss the most is...Hey STICK. So to the original "STICK" rest in peace. Our prayers are with the family left behind to carry on.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I can't ever imagine knowing such a unique individual again. Words alone can't explain how he made me feel. Of all the 14 years I've known Hank not one bad, negative or sad moment comes to mind. And if I was having a difficult time he would put his arm around me and tell me everything will work out, point me in the right direction, or take me DUNING. Everytime I'll think of Hank, a smile is all that will happen. I also will miss his laugh...it is contagious. Rest in peace Stick.
