Kingman Letter: Thanks for the support of Kingman Mohave County SAR

Kingman Mohave County Sheriff's Search and Rescue is an all-volunteer organization that plays an important part during emergencies in Mohave County. Because SAR received no funding from government entities, fundraisers are held throughout the year such as the annual raffle during the Mohave County Fair.

SAR raffled a Henry Golden Boy .22 Lever Action Repeating Rifle at the 2012 Mohave County Fair. From left to right are Buffalo Hayden, Search and Rescue fair chairman; Valerie Wilson, raffle winner; and Darrell Miller of Bank Street Guns.

We want to thank everyone who supported SAR through the purchase of raffle tickets at this year's fair. We also want to thank Bank Street Guns, Upton's Hidden Pine Bed and Breakfast, H&H Printers and Discount Signs. Through their help, and with the funds raised through the sale of raffle tickets, we will buy important rescue equipment so that we can continue to serve Mohave County.

We couldn't have done it without all of you!

John Bridges, Captain

Kingman Mohave County

Sheriff's Search and Rescue
