Kingman Letters: Not sure about which race to enter

I have had many inquiries and hopes that I would run for the state senate, or the city council again. I am not too happy with either.

The council keeps supporting useless projects, ignoring the general public's wishes and in general playing games as usual.

Our lady so-called state senator has a voting record about as good as Spiro Agnew. She drives around campaigning in a fancy camper trying to impress poor voters. Doesn't sound good, does it?

Well, I'll make up my mind and let you know for sure. I'm taking a consensus poll from you, the voters. When I get enough opinions, I'll let you know which one I'll do. But remember, it's not for me, it's for you. Your friend, Janice L. Palmer, the people's choice.

Janice L. Palmer

Janice, I would suggest that you begin by running for city council instead of state senator. You can probably have more influence in local office. If you are elected, you can demonstrate what you can do and then people will have a better idea about you running for higher offices.

The state senator is doing great and she can walk in heels without wobbling.
