Time for a couple of well deserved thank yous.
First, thank you to the local Chase Bank. The employees there are the best, most well-trained and nicest of any bank I have ever used.
No matter if you have $10 or a million in their bank, you all get the same quality treatment including one day, an employee running out to help me when my battery went dead.
Second, a big thank you to Smith's grocery store. Nowhere have I seen more dedicated, polite, even happy, helpful employees. Also, they are fast and knowledgeable - a real plus.
I shopped at Smith's in Texas for years and was so happy Kingman has one and it's the same great treatment. Smith's should be very proud of their employees.
A special thank you to Lisa, a bookkeeper there. There was a computer glitch on a self-check out machine. Going out the next day to iron it out, she understood immediately and had it corrected in about two minutes.
In all these years, the first glitch I ever had. Thanks too for the gas discount and mailed out discount coupons. I'm afraid you're stuck with me forever, Smiths.
