7/14/2014 5:59:00 AM Letter of thanks: Garage doors look old/new
My house is one of the 80-year-olds in downtown Kingman. The garage features a narrow and tall doorway because it was designed for era 1930's automobiles. There are two hinged swinging doors that close together in the approximate center. These doors were weather beaten, to say the least, and literally falling off their hinges.
I contacted Timberwolf Wooodworking. Ray Wilk, a remodeling contractor, is the proprietor. I asked him to repair the dilapidated doors, make them functional, and make them appear as they might have appeared 80 years ago when they were new. I gave Ray my budgeted amount and he agreed to do the job within the budget.
Now, my garage doors (still their original style) look new and function perfectly. And he did it for less than the budgeted figure.
