Kingman Photos: Moose Lodge Luncheon

With a heart for community service, the Kingman Moose Lodge No. 1704 invited Mohave County Sheriff Tom Sheahan (bottom photo, center) and Mayor John Salem (top photo, center) to a momentous luncheon with Moose International Supreme Governor Wesley Crowder on Jan. 29. Governor Dale Cline and the Supreme Governor presented two cases of Tommy Moose to the Mohave County Sheriff's Department to provide comforting aid to children involved in crisis. Donations to various Moose Charities programs were officially presented to the Supreme Governor from the Bedford, Va., Lodge No. 1897 throughout his Arizona visit. A festive meal was enjoyed during a Moose Charities agenda by Chairman D. "Chip" Lorion.

Moose International's "Tommy Moose" has effectively assisted children of all ages facing traumatic circumstances such as auto accidents, fires, and/or domestic violence concerns for numerous years. A number of Moose Lodges and Chapters in Arizona have supplied local Police, Fire, and Sheriff's department agencies with Tommy Moose like these distributed throughout Mohave County.
