Belles of St. Mary's: Action Alert - all Catholics: June 30 is a call we must answer. The United States Bishops have authorized the viewing of a feature entitled, "Breaking the Spiral of Silence." It begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. at Parish Center. This Sunday, we set aside a special day of tribute to all fathers. I am sure all we Belles have plans for a fitting thank-you to the gentlemen in our lives and the lives of our children. We still hold the father up as the "head" of the household and cherish the fact that we are the "heart" of the home, right? One of our beautiful Belles is recuperating from surgery; she is raven haired and gorgeous, talented and kind. Her initials are C.D. - please pray for a quick and perfect bounce-back. We wind down with two reminders: Vacation Bible School, Monday through July 22, then final preparations for our Parish Picnic, July 21. Blessed Father's Day - see you all at Mass to give blessings to our awesome Father.
