On March 19, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested William Donald Hooper, 55, of Kingman on charges of burglary and possession of burglar tools, felonies. Deputies encountered Hooper on the property. He reportedly told them somebody named Paul gave him permission to take property from the site. At the time, Hooper was using a winch attached to his truck to pull a large piece of metal from the ground.

On March 19, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Adina Rose Hunter, 22, of Dolan Springs for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, a misdemeanor. At about 1:40 p.m. in the area of 17th Street and Mariposa, deputies came in contact with Hunter and advised the intoxicated woman to go home. She instead reportedly threw rocks and gravel into the deputies face. Hunter was arrested without further incident.

According to police, Thunstrom at about 4:40 p.m. entered a road closure area at North Adams Street and Northern Avenue. Thunstrom did not stop for a block or two. He reportedly smelled of alcohol and told deputies he last drank the night before. In the truck were three children between the ages of 7 and 11, according to deputies. Thunstrom failed his field sobriety tests and was arrested. His BAC registered 0.221, nearly three times the 0.08 legal limit. The children were released into the custody of a relative who responded to the scene.

On March 22, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Narciso Martinez Rivera, 74, of Kingman on charges of aggravated DUI, a felony, and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued out of Bullhead City Municipal Court. Rivera allegedly almost sideswiped deputies at about 8:40 p.m. before he was stopped in the 3000 block of Northern Avenue. Rivera reported admitted to drinking. A records check revealed the outstanding warrant as well as the fact Rivera was driving on a suspended license. An analysis showed Rivera's blood alcohol concentration was 0.158 percent. He was booked without incident.

On March 24, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies charged a man already in custody with aggravated assault on a peace officer, a felony. Billy Joe Helbert, 18, was jailed on theft-related charges out of Bullhead City when he struck the officer, who was in Helbert's cell working on a plumbing issue, according to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office. Helbert, a Bullhead City resident, allegedly punched the officer in the face for reasons unknown.

On March 26, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael J. Johansen, 36, of Kingman on charges of narcotic drugs, a felony, and a misdemeanor of driving with a suspended license. At about 10:20 p.m., deputies observed a motorcyclist pull into the driveway of a home that looked empty. They contacted Johansen, who reportedly told them he was there to visit his girlfriend. Johansen knocked on the door a couple of times. After nobody answered, deputies looked through the windows of the home and noticed there was no furniture. After running a check on Johansen, deputies arrested him for driving with a suspended license. A search revealed four pills of the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.
