KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rickie Dean Mish, 51, of Kingman Jan. 10 for felony criminal damage per domestic violence. Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 3000 block of McVicar Avenue around 2:26 a.m. and observed two vehicles in the driveway with damages. The grey passenger car had a smashed windshield, smashed passenger side window and damage to the hood. The truck had a smashed windshield. Deputies contacted the 45-year-old female victim, who was not aware of the damage to her vehicles. The victim said that earlier she told Mish, her husband, not to come home as he had been drinking. While deputies were speaking with the victim, dispatch advised that Mish was on the phone advising what he had done. Deputies left the scene and contacted Mish in the 3000 block of Jagerson Avenue. During conversations with Mish, he said that he was upset with his wife and he threw blocks at the windows. Mish was arrested without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandon Michael Remling, 22, of Kingman Jan. 9 for felony unlawful use of means of transportation. Deputies responded to a report of a theft of a vehicle at a residence in the 4200 block of N. Adams Street around 7:51 a.m. and contacted the reporting party, who said that Remling, her boyfriend, took the keys to her mother's vehicle and wrecked it. Deputies contacted the owner of the vehicle, who also said that he did not allow Remling to drive his vehicle. Deputies attempted to contact Remling without success. Deputies later learned that the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Eastern Avenue near a school. Deputies were informed that Kingman Police Department arrested Remling. He was contacted at the Mohave County Jail and charged.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gregory Lynn Wagner, 57, of Blackhawk, S.D., Jan. 10 for felony aggravated DUI. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 68 at Kelvin Road at 12:10 a.m. and contacted Wagner, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Wagner. During conversations with Wagner, he admitted to having a beer earlier. A records check revealed Wagner to have a suspended driver's license for a prior DUI. Following the field sobriety tests, Wagner was arrested and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, where he refused to submit to a breath analysis. A blood sample was taken from Wagner to be submitted to the DPS Crime Lab for further analysis. Wagner was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
