On Sept. 16, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested April Register-Gould, 32, of Kingman on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to produce identification. Deputies stopped Register-Gould at about 7:05 p.m. in the 1900 block of John L Avenue. The woman reportedly told deputies she did not have identification on her, but a record check revealed her license was suspended. A search of her purse reportedly revealed a glass pipe with residue. She was taken into custody without incident.

On Sept. 16, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicole Janell Nelson, 28, of Kingman on two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license. Deputies stopped Nelson at about 11 p.m. in the 3100 block of Thompson Avenue. A record check showed the suspended license and Nelson was taken into custody without incident. A search reportedly revealed a metal pipe with burnt marijuana residue and a glass pipe with white residue and a plastic bag with white residue.

On Sept. 17, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Dean McClearly, 21, of Kingman on felony counts of resisting arrest and escape and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Deputies responded to a shots fired call in the 2900 block of Lass Avenue at about 2:05 a.m. The caller told deputies that he saw McClearly walk onto his porch and fire two shots from an unspecified firearm. McClearly allegedly attempted to flee when deputies attempted to take him into custody. He resisted orders and a taser was used. He was ultimately taken into custody.

On Sept. 17, Kingman Police officers arrested Joseph Martinez, 28, of Kingman, on a felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court for probation violation and several misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman justice and municipal courts. Officers discovered the warrants after responding to an abandoned vehicle call in the 2300 block of Davis Avenue. Martinez reportedly fled when police officers arrived. After a foot chase, officers reportedly found Martinez hiding in a backyard in the 2400 block of Valentine Avenue. Martinez was taken into custody without further incident.
