American Legion Post 14: Just a reminder that the Post will be closed on Monday and Tuesday. We trust everyone had a terrific Christmas, and that you're able to welcome 2013 in just the way you want to. Hopefully, one of your New Year's resolutions will be to support Post, Unit, Squadron, and Chapter 14 just a little more, as we all head into a year full of working together on our Legion family programs. Our "old faces" are dear to us, but we would really like to see some new ones this year! Post 14 is on the corner of Third and Oak in downtown Kingman. Call us at 753-3555.

Belles of St. Mary's: The stage was set, the characters defined and the curtain was drawn - the Christmas glow will hopefully stay with us the year through. The Infancy Narratives as written in the Bible are known worldwide; and now once again it is our responsibility to safety and truthfully hand them on to future generations. We Belles know this to be our task; that is why we come together to activate and revitalize these truths. The Baby Jesus was sent to save mankind; can you ask for any greater "gift"? Don't waste your chance to keep Christ in Christmas, the reason for the season. For now we bid 2012 farewell, look forward to 2013 and pleasing our God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
