Who at the city has their head in the sand?
Stockton Hill has the highest accident area between Airway and Kino and when it rains you can float a boat down the road. So let's squeeze another business in, between IHOP and Golden Coral, making it a little more difficult to get emergency vehicles to the hospital.
Does anyone care what is going on in the city? It's looking more and more like Los Angeles.

I agree, Bob.
Poor city planning placed the high-school on Bank Street, the only other four-lane North-South alternative to Stockton Hill Road. The 15 MPH school zone effectively rendered Bank Street useless for cross-town traffic. Most people take Willow Road now, content with a two-lane road at 25 MPH rather than a four lane at 15.
