Frances May Faucher

Frances May Faucher died Wednesday Sept.

20, 2000, in Flagstaff.

She was 96.

Mrs.

Faucher was born May 12, 1904 in Mentor, Minn., to Perry Edgar and Sarah Rosina Drinkwine.

She met and married A.D.

"Jim" Faucher in 1923 in Minneapolis, Minn.

Together they raised seven children.

The couple owned and operated the Hometown Bakery in Winslow for several years.

Mrs.

Faucher was a charter member of Soroptimist and the mascot for the Dancing Grannies.

Mrs.

Faucher is survived by: two sons Rene Faucher of Sun City West and Tim Faucher of Springville, Calif.; three daughters Beverly Cahill-Fisher, Mary Wetzel, Gay Faucher all of Winslow; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her husband; and two sons, Jim and Dana Jon.

Rosary was said Sept.

21, 2000, at Norvel Owens Mortuary Chapel.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St.

Joseph's Catholic Church on Sept.

22, 2000.

Burial was in Wickenburg cemetery.

Ruth Mildred Greene

Ruth Mildred Greene died Saturday Sept.

30, 2000, in Kingman.

She was 67.

Mrs.

Greene was born Jan.

12, 1933, in Kansas City, Mo., and had been employed as a bookkeeper and controller with Southern California manufacturers.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, and a life member of the Mohave Sportsman's Club.

Mrs.

Greene is survived by: her husband, Roy Greene of Kingman; two daughters, Sharon Dwiers of Fullerton, Calif., and Stacy Cashman of Anaheim, Calif.; one sister, Pat Williams of Medford, Ore.; and one brother, Paul Rininsland of Dallas, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m.

Thursday Oct.

5, 2000, at Grace Lutheran Church, located at 2101 Harrison.

The Rev.

Steven Bergeson will officiate.

Cremation was handled by Sutton Crematory.

Josephine Cilano

Josephine Cilano died Saturday Sept.

30, 2000, in Phoenix.

She was 51.

Miss Cilano was born April 17, 1949 in San Cataldo, Sicily.

She came to Kingman seven years ago from Rochester, N.Y.

She worked in home health care.

Miss Cilano is survived by: one son, Carl Cilano of Kingman; three sisters, Gina D'Angelo of Kingman; Nancy Vullo of Rochester, N.Y., and Mary Turco of Apex, N.C.; one brother, Salvatore Cilano of Kingman; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation will be handled in Phoenix.

No services have been announced.

Betty Jo (Bamburg) Yowell

Betty Jo (Bamburg) Yowell died Sunday Oct.

1, 2000, in Kingman.

She was 68.

Mrs.

Yowell was born May 16, 1932 in Okfuskee, Okla.

She worked in the retail grocery industry.

Mrs.

Yowell is survived by: one son, Christopher Hakes; her mother, Hazel Brockman of Oakdale, Calif.; four sisters, Ruth Holden of Kingman; Sandra Graves of Turlock, Calif., Cathy McCammond of Oakdale, Calif., and Janet Ward of Waterford, Calif.; and two brothers, Don Bamburg of Kingman and Lee Bamburg of Parker, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Yowell.

Visitation and funeral services will be held at 9 a.m.

and 11 a.m.

respectively on Thursday Oct.

5, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.

Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.

Rodman Louis Ward

Rodman Louis Ward died Sunday Oct.

1, 2000, in Kingman.

He was 70.

Mr.

Ward was born June 14, 1930 in Tuckerton, N.J.

He came to Kingman in 1945.

He graduated from Kingman High School in 1947 alongside his brother Donald Archer Ward, who died in 1994.

In 1954 he was employed by Bonanza Airlines and was promoted to station manager at the Kingman Airport during his 16-year tenure before the airline ceased local operations.

He then worked for Ford Motor Company and was retired from the Ford Proving Grounds in Yucca after 20 years as security supervisor.

Mr.

Ward is survived by: his wife of 49 years, Kathleen Francis Ward; five sons, Rodney, Kenny and Larry, all of Kingman, Johnny of Las Vegas, Nev., and Shawn of Round Rock, Texas; three sisters, Barbara Dearborn and Janice Bell of Santa Maria, Calif., and Jacqulyn Henry of New River; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m.

to 7 p.m.

on Thursday Oct.

5, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m.

on Friday Oct.

6, 2000, at the same location.

A graveside service at Mountain View Cemetery will immediately follow the memorial service.

Arthur Howard Nielsen

Arthur Howard Nielsen died Saturday Sept.

23, 2000.

He was 77.

Mr.

Nielsen was born April 3, 1934.

He served in the Korean War.

He lived in Kingman for five years.

Mr.

Nielsen is survived by: his wife, Barbara Nielsen of Kingman; one daughter, Autumn; two sons, Gerald and Scott; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday Oct.

5, 2000, at 2 p.m.
