Mamie Jo Watkins of Kingman died Saturday Oct.

6, 2001, in Kingman She was 79.


Watkins was born Nov.

24, 1921, at Purcell, Okla.

She moved to Kingman from California.

She was a production supervisor for General Telephone Directories, where she worked for 22 years.


Watkins is survived by: her husband, Oral T.

Watkins of Kingman; a son, Ronald Watkins of Vancouver, Wash.; a sister, Shirley Robinson of Helendale, Calif.; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday Oct.

10, 2001, from 10 a.m.

to 11 a.m.

at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow visitation, at 11 a.m., also at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev.

Ronald L.

Fair officiating.

Burial will be at Forest Lawn memorial Park in Cypress, California.

Jo Ann Stoneking

Jo Ann Stoneking, a Chloride resident, died Friday Oct.

5, 2001, in Chloride.

She was 58.


Stoneking was born Sept.

16, 1943, at Modesto, Calif., and she moved to Chloride from California.

She was a bartender as well as a change person at the Flamingo Hilton in Laughlin, Nev.


Stoneking is survived by: her husband, James Stoneking of Chloride; four daughters, Wanda Courson of Havasu Lake, Calif., Terri Borquez of Riverside, Calif., Deanna Perry of LaCrescenta, Calif., and Sheila Stoneking of Chloride; two sons, Kane Gwinn of Chloride and Joseph Courson of Anaheim, Calif.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

No services will be held.
