A Lake Havasu City man was killed Thursday night in a drive-by shooting in a Butler neighborhood north of Kingman.
A Kingman teen-ager was arrested and another man is being sought in connection to the shooting that left Raymond Viera, 37, dead.
Michael Anthony Platt, 18, was arrested on a felony charge of drive-by shooting after the incident in the 3600 block of Schaffer Avenue, Mohave County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Sandy Edwards said.
Platt was charged before Viera died, leaving the possibility open of additional or amended charges.
At about 7 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call of shots being fired on Schaffer Avenue, a street in the Butler neighborhood north of Kingman.
A witness told MCSO detectives that she and Viera were traveling in her Chevrolet sedan to a residence when a blue pickup started following them, flashing its headlights.
The witness said that as she stopped in front of a residence on Schaffer Avenue, the pickup pulled alongside the vehicle and started shooting.
Several shots were fired, with one hitting Viera in the head, she said.
Officers located the pickup a short time later at Gordon Drive and Castle Rock Road, where Platt was arrested without incident.
Viera was taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center, where he died from his wounds early today, Edwards said.
MCSO officers are looking for a second suspect identified as Jesus Christ Caballero, 23, who is described as an Hispanic male, 5 foot 7, 150 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, with "CABALLERO" tattooed across his back.
Caballero was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue pants.
