He was 73.
Stewart was born March 18, 1928, in Tempe.
He was a driver in the transportation industry for 40 years and was a member of the Teamsters Union.
Stewart was a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church, Elks Lodge, Old Timer's Rodeo Association – Bull Riding, and the August Golf Association.
Stewart is survived by: his wife, Maudie (Hale) Stewart of Kingman; two daughters, Brenda Cooper of Cloverdale, Ore., and Stella Hunt of Kingman; on son, Kenneth Stewart of Rocky Point, Mexico; two sisters, Ida Mae Gulliver of Dewey and Katherine Pinkerton of Blythe, Calif.; four brothers, Jim Stewart of Blythe, Calif., Harry Stewart of Wickenburg, Bernie Stewart of Blythe, Calif., and Bobby Stewart of Calico, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
One sin, James Stewart, preceded him in death in 1999.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m.
to 7 p.m., with rosary at 6 p.m., Thursday Aug.
16, 2001, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m.
17, 2001, at St.
Mary's Catholic Church, 317 E.
Sutton Crematory will handle cremation.
