A 16-year-old Kingman girl was still in serious condition Tuesday at a Las Vegas hospital after being run over by a van in a parking lot last week.
Ashley Ketchner was walking with her stepfather in the Wal-Mart parking lot May 20 when she was struck by a 1986 Plymouth van driven by an 81-year-old Dolan Springs man.
The girl was dragged 300 feet under the van before it stopped.
Ashley suffered a broken leg, foot, collarbone and pelvis and was airlifted to University Medical Center.
UMC spokeswoman Cheryl Persinger said Ketchner has been transferred from the intensive care unit to the burn unit at the hospital but would not provide details about her injuries or why the teen-ager was moved to the burn unit.
The Mohave County Attorney's Office is still reviewing the incident.
No charges have been filed against the van's driver.
A Daily Miner photo caption May 21 quoted witnesses as saying the driver fled the scene.
According to the Kingman Police Department, the driver did not flee the scene.
