Police to charge city woman in break-in
KINGMAN – Jamie Danielle Davis, 25, of Kingman will be charged with a second felony following her arrest Wednesday.
Kingman police caught a woman in the act of stealing a Babe Ruth collector's mug after she broke into a home in the 2000 block of Davis Avenue, Lt.
Dean Brice said.
Investigators said she took the item as compensation before learning her brother no longer lives there.
Owners of the residence on Thursday requested she be prosecuted for second-degree burglary, Brice said.
Davis was booked into the Mohave County Jail on Wednesday on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court.
Woman arrested after stabbing in city
KINGMAN – Theresa Elise Couch, 22, of Kingman was arrested Wednesday morning on a felony charge of aggravated assault and two misdemeanor warrants.
Mohave County sheriff's deputies responded Tuesday night to a report of a stabbing at Snavely Avenue and Melody Street, a sheriff's office press release stated.
A 19-year-old female said a woman jumped out of a pickup, yelled at her and then stabbed her in the arm with a knife before leaving the scene.
The 19-year-old said she has known the other woman for many years.
Deputies on Wednesday contacted Couch the 3100 block of Snavely Avenue.
A records check showed a misdemeanor warrant for disorderly conduct/domestic violence issued by Kingman Municipal Court and a misdemeanor warrant for interfering with judicial proceedings issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Couch was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Man held on warrant; woman also booked
KINGMAN – Dale Andrew Restorick, 38, of Golden Valley and Kathleen Elizabeth Stott, 37, of Kingman were arrested on felony charges Wednesday night.
Mohave County sheriff's deputies responded the 800 block of Madison Street in regard to a warrant they had for Restorick's arrest, a sheriff's office press release stated.
Deputies contacted Stott, who denied Restorick was there.
However, deputies saw him run out the back door, the press release stated.
Restorick was chased and arrested on Topeka Street.
He was booked into the Mohave County Jail on two felony warrants for aggravated assault issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Deputies returned to the residence and took Stott into custody.
She was booked into the jail on a charge of hindering prosecution.
The Kingman Fire Department responded to a minor injury accident, two non-injury accidents, a bee concern, an agency assist and 10 medical calls.
The Hualapai Valley Fire Department responded to a grass fire, an airport standby request, a fire alarm activation and five medical calls.
