Betty L. Price-Utt
Betty Loren Price-Utt, 79, of Kingman died Sunday, June 12, 2005, at Decatur Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 2, 1925, in Lincoln, Kan., to Earl W. and Maude C. McGeary. She graduated high school in Lincoln and married Roland Dale Price on March 14, 1943. Roland preceded her in death in March of 1967. She later married Frank Utt in 1974. Betty was a member of the St. John's Methodist Church in Kingman.
She is survived by four sons, James Price of Burlington, Colo., Kenneth Price of Seattle, Richard Price of Texarkana, Texas, and Steven Price of Otis, Colo.; a daughter, Patricia True of Justin; three sisters, Phylis Purcell and Bonnie Langer, both of Superior, Neb., and Doris Nelson of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, parents, two sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Goen-Hudgens Funeral Home in Denton.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 20, at the United Methodist Church in Walsenburg, Colo., with interment following at the Masonic Cemetery in Walsenburg.

Norval J. Elkins
Norval Elkins, 72, of Kingman passed away on June 11, 2005. Norval was born on Dec. 21, 1932, in Kansas to Arvar Wynell and Emma Elkins.
He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a successful business owner in the carpet and drapery industry and owner/operator of a window-covering factory in Las Vegas. He owned and operated the BLK-N-BLU Print business on E. Beale St. in Kingman. He was also a successful real estate developer, owning and operating apartment buildings in Kingman.
Norval leaves behind his sons Forrest of Mays Landing, N.J., and Rockney of Las Vegas; his daughter, Sherry of La Mirada, Calif.; and their mother, Shirley Elkins of Henderson, Nev. He also leaves behind his brother Dennis of Arizona and six grandchildren. He will be missed by family and friends, especially Rhonda McKenzie.
Norval will be laid to rest with his family in Rose Hills Cemetery, Whittier, Calif.

Sandra K. Leiter
Sandra Kay Leiter passed away on June 11, 2005. She was born in 1957 in Winslow. She is the beloved adoptive daughter to Roy and Essie Jo Chappell of Kingman. She has been a resident of Kingman since 1966 and graduated from Kingman High School in 1972.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father, Roy Chappell; nephews, Michael, Bobby and Richy Miller; and biological mother, Bah Y Attakai of White Cone.
Sandra leaves behind her husband, Rick Leiter; her sons, Ricky and Eric Leiter of Kingman; her adoptive mother, Essie Jo Chappell; her brothers, Linus and Joe Chappell of Kingman and Robert Chappell of Tucson; her biological father, Shorty Attakai of White Cone; and her sisters, Louise, Clara, Ellen and Helen of White Cone and Cynthia Clark of Flagstaff. She is survived by brothers, Leo of Kirkland, N.M., Henry of White Cone and Hansen of Dilcon; and many nieces and nephews.
Sandra was a beloved friend and loved one to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, at Living Faith Assembly of God Church, 4605 Arnold. Visitation will be between 9 and 10:30 a.m. preceding the funeral service, and graveside will be at Mountain View Cemetery. The Rev. Gerald Cummings of Phoenix will conduct the services.
