VALLE VISTA - Firefighters from the Valle Vista Fire Department were summoned for three snake removal calls at residences over the weekend.

Snakes were reported at two residences in the 9000 block of Vista Drive and one at a residence in the 7000 block of Towago Drive, Battalion Chief Jerry Lucero said.

A Mohave green rattler got into one of the residences. A diamondback rattler and gopher snake were found outside the other two residences.

All of the snakes were removed to a desert area and released.

No injuries were reported.
