Carol Jean Irion-Bailie, 70, of Kingman died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2006, in Las Vegas. She was born May 25, 1936, in Falconer, N.Y. Carol was a Kingman resident for the past eight years, a Mohave County resident for 33 years, and she came here from Safford, Ariz.
She obtained a two-year degree from Eastern Arizona College and worked as a phone company operator and as a housewife.
Carol is survived by her husband, Art Bailie of Kingman; her daughter, Dawn Harms of Phoenix; her stepdaughter, Janai Bailie of Kingman; her sons, Brian and Eric Harms of Golden Valley and Phoenix; her daughters-in-law, Sharon and Marietta of Golden Valley and Phoenix; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, at the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center, 1776 Airway.
