Christopher Harrison Simmons, 29, of Golden Valley, arrested on Dec. 1 on a charge of felony aggravated DUI and a misdemeanor warrant for assault, issued by Kingman Justice Court.
At about 5:25 p.m., deputies responded to the 4400 block of Miramar Drive in Golden Valley in reference to a domestic violence call.
Deputies contacted the reporting party, who said that she and her husband, Simmons, had been arguing for most of the day.
She said she left their residence around 5 p.m. and went to a friend's house, and shortly thereafter, Simmons arrived at the address and continued to argue with her.
Dispatch informed deputies that Simmons had an outstanding warrant.
While deputies were enroute to contact Simmons at his residence, they observed a white Ford truck traveling north on Jade Road toward them at a high rate of speed.
The vehicle allegedly came to an abrupt stop and slid sideways and up an embankment. Then the vehicle allegedly turned around and proceeded south on Jade Road.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver, Simmons, who allegedly explained his driving by saying he was just having fun.
Deputies allegedly smelled an odor of alcohol on Simmons, who allegedly admitted to having one beer.
Deputies took Simmons into custody and booked him into Mohave County Jail.
An analysis allegedly revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .16 percent, twice the legal definition of being alcohol impaired.
Roger Charles Cline, 49, of Dolan Springs, arrested on Dec. 2 on two felony charges of burglary.
On Nov. 20, deputies responded to the Mount Tipton School in Dolan Spring regarding a theft.
The reporting party said gasoline was stolen from the school recently on two separate occasions. Upon investigation, deputies learned that an older blue-and-primer-gray Chevrolet pickup truck was seen in the area of the bus yard in late November.
Early on the morning of Dec. 1, deputies on patrol saw an older blue and primer gray Chevrolet pickup truck near the bus yard and observed there was no license plate light on the vehicle.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at about 2 a.m. on Pierce Ferry Road near 13th Street and contacted the truck's driver, Cline.
Deputies observed numerous red fuel cans and a red hose in the bed of the truck. Deputies gave Cline a repair order for the license plate light.
After further investigation, deputies contacted Cline again at about 9:30 p.m. at a residence in the 15800 block of Ivy Drive. Cline allegedly admitted to taking the gas on two separate occasions.
Deputies took him into custody and booked him into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
Michael T. Massagli, 38, of Las Vegas, arrested on Dec. 2 on a charge of felony possession of stolen property.
Deputies observed a black Yamaha motorcycle traveling without a license plate westbound on Pierce Ferry Road in Dolan Springs.
At about 6 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Pierce Ferry Road at milepost 8 and contacted Massagli, the driver. A computer check on the vehicle's identification number showed the motorcycle was reported stolen in Las Vegas on Nov. 30.
Deputies took Massagli into custody and booked him into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
