GOLDEN VALLEY – Arizona Department of Public Safety officers stopped a motorcycle being driven by Daniel Robert Andrews Sr., 45, of Golden Valley on Monday for speeding. A records check showed an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Officers also allegedly found a bag of methamphetamine inside his wallet, according to DPS.

Andrews was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and on the warrant.

KINGMAN – On Tuesday, a DPS officer stopped a vehicle on Interstate 40 at milepost 49 for a traffic violation. The driver did not have identification but told the officer his name was Juan Carlos Beltran. He was booked into Mohave County Jail and signed the vehicle tow sheet with that name. Further investigation revealed that his actual name is Salvador Ocampo Beltran, 26, of Kingman, who had outstanding warrants.

He was arrested for false reporting, forgery, taking the identity of another, two felony warrants, one misdemeanor warrant and probation violation.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Shawn Ray Rohm, 34, of Kingman on Tuesday on a felony failure to appear warrant and misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant, both issued by Mohave County Superior Court.

Detectives contacted Rohm at a residence in the 3600 block of Bluebird Lane regarding the outstanding warrants, a news release from the MCSO stated.

He was taken into custody without incident and booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Keith James Phinney, 22, of Kingman on Sunday on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court.

Deputies contacted Phinney at a residence in the 2100 block of Northfield Avenue about the warrant, a news release from the MCSO stated. He was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Alen Naylor Jr., 39, of Kingman on Wednesday on a felony charge of theft of means of transportation and three misdemeanor warrants.

Deputies responded to a report of an attempted auto theft in the 3100 block of Northfield Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated. A witness stated seeing a male subject sitting in the driver’s seat of his mother’s vehicle parked in their driveway. He contacted the subject and observed the ignition switch was on, but the engine was not running.

He told the suspect to leave and observed him walking away westbound on Northfield Avenue.

Deputies located the suspect, identified as Naylor, a short time later in the 2500 block of Hearne Avenue and took him into custody without incident.

A records check turned up Kingman Justice Court warrants, one for contempt of court and two for failure to appear. He was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles Stewart Harcourt Jr., 49, of Kingman on Wednesday on a felony charge of aggravated assault/domestic violence.

Deputies responded to an agency assist call at a residence in the 2000 block of Leroy Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated.

Medical personnel were treating a 54-year-old female they said had fallen many times for no reason. She had numerous bruises on her face, arms and legs.

The victim alleged Harcourt, her husband, had been hitting and pushing her to the ground for the past four days. She was taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center and admitted.

Harcourt was questioned and then taken into custody. He was booked into Mohave County Jail.
