Lyle C. Irwin - Stephen Drake Feenstra

Lyle C. Irwin, 70, of Lebanon, ore., passed away Saturday, Dec. 31, 2005, in Lebanon.

He was born Jan. 25, 1935, in Eureka, Mont., the son of Harry and Cecilia (DoHon) Irwin.

He was raised and attended schools in Eureka. He married Peggy Ann Titchbourne on March 11, 1956, in Eureka.

Lyle moved to Lebanon in 1956. He worked for Stanton's Slaughter House and Jerry's Market as a meat cutter, and later as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for Morse Brothers. He moved to Kingman in 1982, where he worked for Desert Construction until retiring in 1998.

After retirement, he returned to Lebanon and has lived there since.

Lyle was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the Lebanon Elks Lodge. He enjoyed camping, hiking and traveling.

Lyle is survived by his wife, Peggy Ann Irwin of Lebanon; a son, Tab Irwin and wife Sheree of Lebanon; a daughter, Vivian Katherine Morgan and husband John of Eureka; a brother, Tom Irwin and wife Sybelle of Fair Oaks, Calif.; a sister, Marilyn McBain and husband Harold of Canmore, Alberta, Canada; four grandchildren, Christina M. Sutherland and husband Ed of Eureka, Katherine R. Morgan of San Diego, James R. Irwin and wife Morgan of Lebanon, and Lindsay A. Irwin of Lebanon; two great-grandchildren, Quinn and Barrett Sutherland of Eureka; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard W. Irwin and his parents.

Stephen Drake Feenstra, 57, of Kingman died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, in Kingman. He was born May 23, 1948, in Woonsocket, R.I.

Steve is survived by his wife, Patricia (Pat) Feenstra; his sons, Eric Feenstra and Mathew Feenstra; his mother, Vivian Feenstra of Riverside, Calif.; his brother, Ron Feenstra of Moreno Valley, Calif.; his sister, Cindy Fisher of Riverside; and five grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
