Margaret Mary Sabach, 87, of Kingman died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006, at home in Kingman. She was born Nov. 18, 1918, in Manhattan, N.Y. She came to Kingman 28 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. She graduated high school and became employed by the state of New York as a staff attendant working with the mentally ill. She was affiliated with the St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Belles of St. Mary’s.

Margaret is predeceased by her first husband, Charles K. Murphy; her second husband, Joseph Sabach; her granddaughter, Laura Fedele; and her son, Charles D. Murphy.

She is survived by a daughter, Evelyn Fedele of Kingman; son-in-law, Joseph Fedele Sr. of Kingman; daughter-in-law, Paulette Dollarhide Murphy; five grandchildren, Lisa Fedele of Mesa, Joseph C. Fedele Jr. of Kingman, Diane Frost of Chandler, Daniel Fedele of Phoenix and Robin Richmond of Winterhaven, Fla. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Marshall Richmond, Spencer Richmond and David Frost.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave., Kingman. Service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 302 E. Spring St., Kingman. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, 1301 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman.

Larry Warren Taylor, born Sept. 13, 1948, in Martinez, Calif., passed away Jan. 3, 2006, in Lake Elsinore, Calif.

Larry is survived by his wife, Brenda Taylor of Lake Elsinore; daughters, Jessica Swaine of Concord, Calif., and Malinda Hicks of Kingman; son, Aaron Taylor of Lake Elsinore; and his grandchildren, Tanya, Kayla, Viktoreja and Dominique Hicks of Kingman, Josh, Joeseph, Hannah and Landree Swaine of Concord.

He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He is greatly missed.

Ruben R. Baca Sr. of Kingman died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, at The Gardens in Kingman. He was born Dec. 16, 1948, in Albuquerque, N.M., and moved to Kingman a year ago from Barstow, Calif.

He is survived by three daughters, Angela E. Baca of Kingman, Christina Padilla of Barstow and Lisa Kennedy of Kingman; two sons, Diego C. Baca of Kingman and Ruben R. Baca Jr. of Barstow; and 13 grandchildren, Annmarie Beckett, Jessica Beckett, Ronald Beckett, Anthony Beckett, Chris Baca, Rebecca Baca, Diego Baca II, Alexis Baca, Elida Baca, Alex Baca, Robert Baca, Raina Baca and Michael Baca.

Specialist Michael Ignatious Edwards, a member of 0207 Aviation Battalion 01 Combat Support UH6A, died on Jan. 7, 2006, in a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash in Iraq.

Specialist Edwards had eight years of combined military service in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserves and the Army National Guard. He first joined Company D, 1/207th Aviation Battalion, in 2003 as a UH-60 helicopter repairman.

Specialist Edwards’s awards and decorations include the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Alaska Air Medal, Alaska Distinguish Service Medal and Aircraft Crewman Badge.

Michael is survived by a daughter, Destiny; and a son, Elijah of Alaska; parents, Alexis and Tracy Joseph of Kingman; and brothers, Justin, Killian and Steven Joseph, all of Kingman. Michael’s wish was to be laid to rest in his birthplace, Antigua, West Indies.

A memorial account has been set up at Mohave State Bank to help the family with travel expenses. Any funds over and above needed for travel will be placed in a trust for the children, Destiny and Elijah.
