Four arrested in drug raid

KINGMAN – Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) officers arrested four people Monday morning on the 3000 block of Packard Avenue.

Officer Ken Upton said they found approximately four grams of methamphetamine, a couple small marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia inside the home.

Police arrested four people, all Kingman residents. Joshua Wolff, 25, was booked on charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Joseph Mikashus, 23, was booked on a felony warrant from the Kingman Justice Court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arnold Lee Dinges, 42, was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jana Gallagher, 26, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Upton said they recovered ledgers indicating possible transactions for illegal substances. Several others were found in the house, including two young children. Upton said no one else was charged and the case will be brought to the attention of Child Protective Services.
