KINGMAN – Kingman Police arrested James Clifford Walker, 25, of Kingman on May 1 on a felony charge of third-degree burglary.

About 5:50 a.m., officers responded to a burglary report at an apartment complex in the 1200 block of East Andy Devine Avenue, a news release from the KPD stated.

The complex manager had caught Walker as he allegedly broke into laundry machines in the laundry room.

Walker was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffrey Dale Fowler, 35, of Kingman early Thursday on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant out of Kingman Justice Court.

About 1:30 a.m., deputies responded to a suspicious call in the area of the 2500 block of Packard Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated.

A dispatcher informed deputies that two male subjects were riding bicycles east toward Roosevelt Street. Deputies observed both subjects riding east on Devlin Avenue and stopped one, identified as Fowler.

Fowler gave permission for a search of his backpack. Deputies allegedly found two glass pipes and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.

A records check turned up the warrant.

Fowler was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Kingman Police arrested Donald P. Gorshek, 47, of Wisconsin on Wednesday on a felony charge of theft and felony fugitive from justice warrant stemming from a parole violation charge issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

On Tuesday, officers took a theft report at the Greyhound bus station in the 3200 block of East Andy Devine Avenue. It was reported a customer had stolen a bank bag while the clerk was not looking, a news release from the KPD stated.

About 1 p.m. Wednesday, the clerk called KPD and said the suspect had returned and purchased bus tickets. Responding officers observed the suspect, identified as Gorshek, walking away from the bus station and detained him.

A records check uncovered the warrant.

Gorshek was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Kingman Police detectives arrested Angel Uriel Ramirez, 18, an illegal immigrant from Mexico on Thursday on a felony charge of sexual conduct with a minor.

On April 27, officers took a report of a sexual assault that allegedly occurred April 22, a news release from the KPD stated.

About 3 p.m. Thursday, officers located and arrested Ramirez. The victim is 13 years old and Ramirez allegedly provided alcohol to her during the incident.

Ramirez was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Michael Will Manuel, 22, of Kingman on Thursday on two felony fugitive from justice warrants out of New Hampshire.

About 1:30 p.m., detectives contacted Manuel in the 3700 block of Diagonal Way regarding the warrants, a news release from the MCSO stated.

He was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.
