KINGMAN - A Kingman woman was injured Wednesday when the Chevrolet Silverado pickup she was driving crashed into a ditch and culvert.
About 12:15 p.m., an engine, staff car and three personnel from the Inland Valley Fire Department responded to Stockton Hill Road near milepost 10, Assistant Chief Erritte Hamilton said. "The woman sustained possible leg fractures," Hamilton said. "She was driving home from the hospital and may have experienced a syncope episode."
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene about 12:22 p.m., department spokeswoman Trish Carter said. The victim was identified as Kerry Winchak, 57. She was taken by ambulance to Kingman Regional Medical Center. Winchak was alone in the pickup, which was towed from the scene.
