Kick the habit before you're a statistic

I have read about Proposition 201 in the paper and have heard a lot of people complaining about it.

I have had smokers tell me that it is "my right to smoke." You are absolutely right. But, what about the rights of us non-smokers? It is our right to breathe clean fresh air. If I am eating in a restaurant, what right do you have to blow smoke in my face or blow smoke over my food? Why should non-smokers have to breathe second-hand smoke? It has been proven that breathing second-hand smoke is very hazardous to your health. There are a lot of people who have respiratory problems. Breathing second-hand smoke is not good for them.

Do yourself a big, big favor and kick the habit. When you quit, put the money that you would spend on cigarettes aside. You will be amazed how fast it adds up. I guess smokers think that it only happens to the other person. Keep it up and you will become that other person.
