GV illegal alien and one other arrested in convenience store armed robbery case

KINGMAN - Two people have been arrested in connection with the armed robbery of a convenience store in the 2200 block of Kingman Ave. in Kingman on July 24.

The initial investigation revealed that a man and a woman entered the store.

The woman allegedly distracted the clerk, and then the male suspect allegedly pointed a handgun at the clerk, pushed the clerk to the ground and removed money from the cash register.

The couple fled the scene on foot.

Surveillance video assisted KPD detectives in identifying the suspects to be Andrea Lanice Brown, 23, of Flagstaff and Arturo Cisneros-Ramirez, 20, an illegal alien residing in Golden Valley.

On Aug. 28, Flagstaff Police Department found and arrested Brown in Flagstaff on a KPD-issued warrant for armed robbery.

KPD detectives responded and questioned Brown, who is being held in Flagstaff on additional charges and will be transferred to Mohave County Jail at a later time.

At about 3 p.m. on Sept. 5, KPD detectives located Ramirez at a job site in the 6600 block of Chino Road in Golden Valley, took him into custody without incident and booked him into the Mohave County Jail.
