Ban bad driving practices on Stockton

I strongly concur with the writer whose analysis of the Stockton Hill Road driving dilemma exonerates the thoroughfare itself, instead placing the blame where it belongs: on the obtuse behavior of inexperienced drivers and other distracted participants not paying attention to proceedings.

In order to alleviate this dilemma, I suggest we impose a restrictive Stockton Hill ordinance banning all use of cell phones, I-pods, laptops and other electronic gadgetry; consumption of fast food cuisine in a sack; screaming kids in the backseat of SUVs and minivans; and the application of mascara, eye shadow, lip gloss and other miscellaneous paraphernalia. The violation of said ordinance would result in prosecution to the full extent of the law - as deemed appropriate, of course, by our highly esteemed judicial system.
