Reward in mailbox bombing set at five figures by feds

KINGMAN - A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person(s) responsible for blowing up a blue post office collection box in Kingman.

Between 3 and 4 a.m. Friday, an unknown individual(s) placed an explosive device inside a United States Postal Service blue collection box located at 2930 Northern Ave. Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to find the postal box on fire. Hualapai Fire Department personnel extinguished the fire. The explosion destroyed the box and a significant amount of mail.
