Mohave County Sheriff
Ty William Nelson, 20, of Las Vegas, arrested on July 22 on a charge of possession of marijuana, a felony.
At about 11:15 p.m., deputies contacted Nelson in an unrelated incident in the 15600 block of Iron Drive in Dolan Springs, and received consent to search him.
The search allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana.
Deputies took Nelson into custody without incident and booked him into the Mohave County Jail.
Brooke C Martin, 33, of Dolan Springs, arrested on July 26 on a charge of possession of marijuana, felony, and three warrants.
At about 6 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call in the 17500 block of Niles Drive in Dolan Springs.
Deputies contacted Martin and a records check showed her to have a felony warrant for forgery and two misdemeanors warrants, both for contempt of court, all issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Deputies took Martin into custody without incident. A search of Martin's purse allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Helen Dawn Gilvarry, 27, a transient, arrested on July 25 on two felony warrants for shoplifting and taking the identity of another, both warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court. Detectives knew Gilvarry to have outstanding the warrants.
At about 4 p.m., detectives contacted Gilvarry outside of a residence in the 5400 block of Magma Road in Golden Valley, took her into custody and booked her into the Mohave County Jail.
Christopher Allen Morse, 19, of Golden Valley, arrested on July 22 on a felony warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, issued by Kingman Justice Court on Feb. 2.
At about12:17 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 68 at Hunt Road in Golden Valley and contacted Morse, the driver. A records check showed Morse to have an outstanding warrant.
Deputies took Morse into custody without incident and booked him into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Michael Alan Thomas, 29, of Golden Valley, arrested by Mohave County Sheriff's Sex Offender Registrar on July 25 for failure to register as sex offender, felony.
On July 24 Oregon State Police contacted MCSO Sex Offender Registrar, wanting updated sex offender registration information on Thomas, as they learned that Thomas was recently arrested by Kingman Police Department.
The Sex Offender Registrar determined that Thomas had never completed a sex offender registration with MCSO since his residence in Mohave County.
At about 9 a.m., Thomas came into the Sheriff's Office. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
