Born in Los Angeles on Feb. 15, 1934, Donna Lou Gore passed away on Aug. 8, 2007, in Kingman. Donna lived in Kingman 20 years, coming here from South Gate, Calif. She was graduated from South Gate High, and then went to work for Bank of America until she met her husband, F.D. Gore. They were married for 53 years, in which she remained a homemaker and they had six children together.
She is preceded in death by her father, August A. Hoffman, and her daughter, Deborah Lou Parker. She is survived by her husband, F.D. Gore of Kingman; one brother, Augie Hoffman of California; and five children, Clifton Gore of California, Lorrie Compton of California, Dale Gore of California, Robert Gore of California, and Sherry Gore of Kingman. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren with one on the way, and many more extended family.
She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandma, aunt, sister and friend. Her presence will be greatly missed, but our memories of her will comfort us through the rest of time. We love you.
