William Earl Gwin, 45, of Kingman died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 30, 1962, in La Mesa, Calif. He was the youngest of three children. He lived most of his life in El Cajon, Calif., until he moved to Kingman in December 2002 with his wife, Cheryl.
He worked in the automotive field all his adult life, and enjoyed working his last years at Cliff Findlay Auto Center as a salesman at first, then moving back to the service department to write service, eventually becoming the assistant service manager.
He met and dated Cheryl Lindell in September 1986 and they were married in July 1990. He enjoyed fishing and camping in his motor home and having good times with friends and family.
Earl passed peacefully with his wife, Cheryl, and brother-in-law, Charles at his side. His parents, Larry and Edith Gwin, and his nephew, Steven Anderson, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Gwin; stepdaughter, Michelle Lindell; sister, Paula Luna and her husband Charles Luna of Alpine, Calif.; brother, Edwin Gwin of El Cajon, Calif,; nephew and his wife, Gabriel and Tiecen Anderson of San Diego; and many maternal relatives.
He was a friend with everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family, and will always be watching over all of us.
The family would like to thank everyone who has been a part of celebrating Earl's life. Earl will be laid to rest beside his parents in El Cajon.
