KINGMAN - At 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, the Kingman Police arrested Christopher Ralph Sabatano, 18, of Kingman for third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. Officers responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the 100 block of south Second Street. Upon arrival, officers observed Sabatano climbing over a fence at the rear of the business. He then led officers on a foot pursuit before he was taken into custody. Sabatano was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew Corey Sers, 24, of Kingman, late Saturday morning for criminal damage. At approximately 8:53 a.m., deputies responded to a criminal damage report in the 2700 block of Suffock Drive and contacted the 18-year-old male victim. The victim reported that he heard banging outside, and when he went outside, he saw his car with broken windows and two subjects running west on Suffock Drive. Deputies contacted a witness who reported that she knew the two male subjects; one of which was identified as Sers. Deputies observed a blue 1999 Ford Escort with three windows broken out and a dent to the driver's door. Through investigation, deputies learned the whereabouts of Sers. At about 11:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 68 at milepost 25 in Golden Valley and contacted Sers, a passenger in the vehicle. During conversations with Sers, he denied involvement in the incident. Sers was taken into custody without incident before being transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - The Kingman and Hualapai Valley fire departments responded to a residential fire Friday afternoon. Three engines and 20 personnel with the KFD and two engines and six personnel with the HVFD engines responded at 1:48 p.m. to the 1,900-square-foot home in the 4700 block of Scottie Drive. The cause of the fire, contained to the attic of the residence, is under investigation. The KFD believes it to be accidentally started by the pipe of a wood-burning stove. No injuries were reported, though the KFD estimates between $30,000 and $50,000 in damages. Personnel cleared the scene at 8:07 p.m..
KINGMAN - At about 4:05 p.m. on Monday, the Kingman Police Department arrested Travis Edward Willden, 19, of Kingman on charges of felony possession of marijuana. Officers responded to a disturbance call at a government building in the 3600 block of east Andy Devine Avenue. Willden was allegedly involved in the disturbance and left in a silver colored Mustang. He was contacted nearby and found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana. Willden was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gerald Eldon Fox, 39, of Kingman late Sunday evening for possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court and Bullhead Municipal Court. At approximately 11 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Lum Avenue and contacted Fox. A records check showed Fox to have outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of Fox allegedly revealed a glass pipe with residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
