John William Jascur

John William Jascur, 74, of Kingman died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, in Kingman. He was born Feb. 9, 1933, in Tacoma, Wash.

The service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb . 15, at Praise Chapel, 419 Harrison St.

Arrangements are being handled by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.


Greta A. Keeler

Greta A. Keeler departed this world on Feb. 10, 2007, surrounded by her loved ones. Greta was born to Lawrence and Ruby Mills in Claremore, Okla. She grew up in Tulsa, Okla., and graduated from Daniel Webster High School in 1961.

Greta began her family soon after. She stayed at home with her young children and occasionally worked outside the home. She enjoyed ceramics, gardening and sewing. She also enjoyed collecting knick-knacks.

In 1991 she moved to Kingman with her three youngest children. She lived and worked in Kingman and she retired in 2005. Greta was able to travel and spend time with her children, grandchildren and loved ones before losing her year-long battle with cancer.

Greta is survived by her family of eight children, Larry (Sherry) Mills III of Rose, Okla., Tracy Collins of Morris, Okla., James (Jen) Thurber II of Dallas, Ga., Gina (Kenny) Odell of Bristow, Okla., Cecilia Thurber of Ozark, Mo.; and Thomas (Chris) Keeler, Sheryl Keeler and Kay Ross, all of Kingman; and 14 grandchildren, Colleen, Tammy, Lawrence IV, Don III, Shaun, Stormy, Joe, Kendall Jr., Eli, Chad, Victor, Caleb, Hailey and Josh. Greta was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother and great friend to those who knew her. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. Interment will be at Chloride Cemetery, Chloride.
